The squat challenge. This video is a sped up version of a 30 minute deep squat. This position is a natural rest position for the body however due to poor mobility most people can’t even get into it, let alone find it comfortable for any period of time. I can talk all day about why this position is important…check out my lecture earlier this year at the Thrive symposium. Challenge yourself to squat like this for just 10 minutes and see how you get on. Please post how long you last for. If you can’t do this you need to fix your mobility.
