The feeling when you discover a new movement is great 🏋🏽. I’ve been working on forward roll to front support for months and today it finally clicked into place. Changing your focus from just building muscle to the development of new movement patterns opens so many doors. Learning movement is not mutually exclusive…this exercise is complex but also is great for developing biceps, grip strength, core etc…. When you only focus on muscle ‘gainz’ you miss the wood for the trees. Muscle is there to move you… not just to look aesthetically pleasing. Add complexity to your workouts.
