Shoulder injuries are common.

December 20, 2017

Shoulder injuries are common. Most people train their shoulders through very short ranges of motion resulting in joint restrictions and injury. To have truly strong shoulders, you should have strength throughout your entire shoulder range of motion. Training through narrow ranges of movement may make your muscles big but it also makes them useless! This exercise is one of the more advanced used to prehabilitate the shoulder joint against injury. You still get the aesthetically pleasing delts…but do you want a Ferrari chassis with a ford engine, or would you prefer just the Ferrari?
