How does your Osteopath move?

December 8, 2016

How does your Osteopath move? The muscle up is not a good name for this movement. Although it requires some muscle, mobility is far more important as is skill. Your workout should not be about pushing just a little more weight each time, it should be about the acquisition of new movement patterns. Training this way puts the ‘aesthetics’ of most people’s workouts and places it into second place behind ‘moving better.’ Do you want to look fit and strong but deep down be fragile and weak or actually be fit and strong and injury resistant?
