I always encourage clients to spend more time sitting on the floor. By doing this you open up opportunities to explore transitioning from the floor to standing. This results in you working on your mobility in circumstantial situations, rather than just at the gym. It also encourages you to explore what your body can do, be inventive….play! This exercise is a great way to maintain mobility gains.
