Bone broth is a base for so many great dishes. They will make you look forward to winter. If you haven’t started making your own broth it’s a great time of year to start. The nutrient dense broth feeds our body’s ligaments, tendons and connective tissue just as protein feeds muscle. This dish was slow roasted lamb and broccolini in a chicken broth.
